Mica AI

Om virksomheden

Virksomhedsbeskrivelse på engelsk

Today, as employees teach AI how to perform valuable company work, the resulting capabilities often remain trapped on individual laptops or scattered across chats and repositories.

Mica gives each company a managed, agent-native internal marketplace where employees can publish capabilities, discover them by describing the task they need help with, and install them through the AI tools they already use. Mica tracks ownership, requirements, permissions, and team customizations while letting employees contribute improvements back to the shared version for evaluation and approval.

The result: employees stop rebuilding workflows their coworkers have already solved, useful improvements spread across the organization without overwriting team-specific customizations, and security gains visibility without blocking bottom-up innovation. Mica turns scattered AI work into institutional knowledge that compounds.
