Sutrix

Turns EHR data into study-ready datasets for hospital research teams

About

Sutrix turns messy EHR records into clean, study-ready datasets for hospital research teams.

Before a clinical study can start, research staff spend weeks pulling records, reading notes chart by chart and fixing conflicting entries in spreadsheets. Sutrix automates that work inside each hospital's own systems. It applies the study's rules and flags unclear cases for staff to review.

Paying research teams at HSS, Emory, and Mount Sinai cut data prep from 3 weeks per study to 4 days, so they start studies sooner and run more of them.

We built Sutrix because we lived this problem. Ritvik ran clinical research at HSS and Emory, and Supratik previously founded Kairo (a16z Speedrun, exited) and was an engineer at Amazon.
