Archangel Health builds the infrastructure to post-train and evaluate medical AI: RL environments inside real de-identified EHRs, physician-verified training data, and benchmarks that test clinical reasoning on hard cases. Frontier labs and medical AI companies use it today, and we're now moving toward post-training open-source models for health systems on their own data and their own physicians' judgment
