Minro plugs directly into a company’s analytics stack and turns product activity into living customer intelligence. We enrich every user with context like their company, role, LinkedIn/GitHub/Twitter, background, and likely use case, currently matching users to the correct online identity with ~80% accuracy starting from just name + email.

We then identify which users are most likely to churn based on behavioral patterns, persona similarity, and historical retention signals, and help founders proactively reach out before those users disappear. Minro drafts highly contextual founder-style outreach, tracks which conversations actually convert into retention, and continuously improves the system over time.
