Adni is the career community for 200,000+ nurses and allied health workers. Members use our app to chat with career coaches, apply for jobs, store and track credentials, shop for gear, connect with recruiters, and find meetups.

Organizations partner with Adni to reach, engage, and hire healthcare workers through our network, verified database of 2.4 million licensed clinicians, AI sourcing agent, and marketing tools. Customers acquire clinicians at 3x lower cost than legacy job boards and advertising platforms.

Our customers include Massachusetts General Hospital, Penn Medicine, ChristianaCare, Medical Solutions, Medline, Jaanuu, and Proliability.
