Asseta helps semiconductor fabs buy spare parts for their production tools. A buyer sends Asseta the part number. The request goes to the suppliers in Asseta's network who list that part. When none of them has it, Asseta's AI sourcing team contacts suppliers who have carried the part before and searches beyond its listings. Buyers and suppliers never see each other; Asseta issues the quote and the invoice, pays the supplier, and manages every order.
Asseta has completed more than 30,000 part sales since 2014 and carries 450,000+ part and equipment listings from fabs, refurbishers, and dealers. Customers include large semiconductor manufacturers in the United States and abroad.
